I made an error in one of my previous posts, I said that the web based rescheduling didn’t give you a confirmation number. Obviously, I was incorrect. The USPS website is rather hard to navigate, almost as bad as their phone support (THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED). I got confused by all the small text and unfamiliar screens and didn’t understand nor see that a confirmation number was produced. I was also being SEVERELY gassed with poison here at my mom’s apartment, while trying to work on all of this. A common experience among TI’s who refuse to give up.
