This is going to be a work in progress because I just started giving serious thought to a nagging suspicion I’ve had for a while, that being that the Tenderloin Housing Clinic may have arranged the deaths of a few people who were friendly to me. Well, this catagory IS called “THE CONSPIRACY PHILES“. What did you expect?
Then there was Lenny Rodriquez. Lenny lived across the hall from me and was a nice guy, surprisingly smart too. During my battle with THC (soon to continue) I noticed that a window casing was rotten and probably comprised a Department of Building Inspection violation. I dutifully called 311 and reported it, followed up by a personal visit to DBI to file a complaint. Well, I soon found out that it was Lenny’s window that I had reported. I then kind of felt bad because Lenny had mobility problems and I knew that he was going to have to be moved out of his room while the repairs were being effected. I was insistent on this because of lead based paint hazards. So I paid a visit to Lenny and told him what I had done, he intimated to me that I should have left well enough alone but, oh well. What was done was done.
The day soon approaches that the repairs were scheduled to be made and I’m running around trying to push the manager to relocate Lenny. I really made a big fuss since I was the one who caused his inconvenience. Kia Bautista (manager at the time) called her boss Jennifer Salerno (no longer working for THC, she was a real lying bitch – excuse me) and they both called their boss, Colleen Carrigan because I was making such a big issue of protecting Lenny.
When I checked back with Lenny he told me that the repairs were not going to take very long and that they had decided to close off the day room so that Lenny could be in there, laying down. It all went off without a hitch and I told Lenny that if he needed anything, he could ask for my help. He thanked me and that was that, or so I thought.
A few months later I go to visit a relative and when I come back I hear that Lenny had a heart attack and died. A HEART ATTACK too. Gee, what a coincidence.
Tommorrow I’m going to dig out a video I got of Lenny and upload it to my Youtube channel so that you can see what he looked like. Right now, I’m too tired and will finish this post later. People seem to die here at the All Star Hotel. If I can feel myself start to slip away, I’m going to make sure that I crawl out to the street. Til then.
UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 22nd, 2015
Well, this is a little late after the fact however, my suspicions were correct, Gang Stalkers are killing sympathetic people close to me. My next door neighbor Ernesto “Ernie” Galvin collapsed on the sidewalk while walking to the store just a few months back. He was around my age, late forties, physically fit and small in stature. There was no obvious reason for him to just drop over dead like that while walking down the sidewalk alone. Like the other two friends, he died of a sudden and unexpected heart attack.
There is a little back story to this one. Ernie you see, was an Ok next door neighbor, but he liked to drink and hung out with the wrong crowd in the hotel. Well, when the Gang Stalking campaign started on me in ernest by using those of my neighbors who were already Stalkers, they recruited Ernie to join them. To this day I don’t know why he did, we always got along but were not friends. We never had an argument with each other except for one time when he sided with his cronies against me and tried to hog the TV. In eight years of living next to each other, that was the only time we even came close to conflict, most of the time we tried to help each other and be good neighbors. I would give him stuff and he did the same. This is why I am still mystified as to why he decided to join the stalkers in harassing me but I suspect it was for peer pressure.
Earnie would pop out of his door every time I did doing the synchronized thing, nothing more than that. I felt betrayed and angry but never let on. Then one day the police showed up at my door. Ernie was outside his room and talked to the officer. The officer asked if I was crazy (something about some anti-stalking message chalked on the sidewalk) to which Ernie responded, “No, he’s just a shit stirrer”. As soon as the cop heard this he turned and walked away. Ernie told me what he had done later on and I marveled that he came to my defense like that even though he was now working for my stalking neighbors in harassing me. I guess that deep down he had some goodness in him that could not be corrupted by either friends nor money, he refused to lie. I don’t believe the other stalking neighbors knew that he had done that.
I suppose that it was about that time that he decided he didn’t want to participate in harassing me any longer and told the other stalkers he was done. I saw the whole thing go down right in front of my door since it was right next to his. All the chief stalkers were coming to his door in succession, trying every which way to convince him to stay in their fold but he was having none of it. One particularly brutish stalker stood right in front of my door and asked Ernie very loudly “You like money, don’t you? You don’t like money?”. I could see Ernie through the peep hole looking very apprehensive, he vigorously shook his head no. Five minutes later another stalker comes to his room and very plaintively asks him was he having some sort of crisis or problem, he suggested that they could fix it together if so. Ernie once again seemed to look scared but resolute and once again refused to be persuaded. Then, his best friend came to his door twenty minutes later and seemed puzzled as to why Ernie was acting this way. He didn’t so much try to persuade him as just be a good listener. When this stalker walked away he came back a few minutes later with one of his friends, they proceeded to speak with great concern about Ernie’s sudden change of heart, like any good friend would do if another friend needed help. All of this happened right in front of my door and I knew exactly what was taking place. Ernie decided he didn’t want to be a part of their mafia any more, decent people usually don’t.
A few months later the gassing started and I left to unsuccessfully escape it. I have been gone a year now but still pay rent etc. During this time, Ernie died of a sudden and unexpected heart attack. I immeadiatly knew what had happened. Not only had Ernie tried to leave their gang stalking mafia once he had already been initiated and seen their secrets, he also pissed off another high ranking gang stalker who lived next door to him as well. This stalker has AIDS, is homosexual and a military veteran. Ernie would ridicule him about his “condition” and the veteran stalker would complain that Ernie made too much noise. As of late the threat of violence had been raised. After Ernie’s death, this same AIDS infected veteran stalker smiled at me with a hideous grin, like he had just gotten away with murder.
It is my firm belief that Earnie was murdered with a DEW heart attack weapon while walking down the street. Ernie could not be allowed to walk free after having participated in the stalking because he knew too much. Not only that, the high ranking, veteran AIDS stalker wanted him dead for personal reasons as well. They may or may not have known that Ernie also stood up for my character as a decent person and well, they may have feared that he would side with me against them down the road. He simply had become too much of a liability. It’s one thing to be a Targeted Individual and fight them, quite another to have gotten your hands dirty and then want out. Apparently, there is only one way out once you join the Gang Stalkers.
Ernie made a fatal mistake by joining and then trying to back out once he saw the inside, he undoubtedly never realized what happened to him (he was still talking when they put him in the ambulance), but I do. He will be the fourth friendly person close to me who has been killed by the gang stalkers. Leonard “Tye” was the first, he was suicided by jumping (thrown) off the roof of a building. He had been a decent neighbor too. Six months before his death he told me that strange men were following him around and talking about him, everywhere he went. My mom met him on a few occasions and still talks fondly of him, he was very nice to her. All of the stalkers of the building are screwed up, diseased drug dealers / addicts that no one likes.
Sonic and ultrasonic weapons (USW) are weapons of various types that use sound to injure, incapacitate, or kill an opponent. Some sonic weapons are currently in limited use or in research and development by military and police forces. Others exist only in the realm of science fiction. Some of these weapons have been described as sonic bullets, sonic grenades, sonic mines, or sonic cannons. Some make a focused beam of sound or ultrasound; some make an area field of sound.
Usage and deployment
Extremely high-power sound waves can disrupt or destroy the eardrums of a target and cause severe pain or disorientation. This is usually sufficient to incapacitate a person. Less powerful sound waves can cause humans to experience nausea or discomfort. The use of these frequencies to incapacitate persons has occurred both in counter-terrorist and crowd control settings.
The possibility of a device that produces frequency that causes vibration of the eyeballs — and therefore distortion of vision — was apparently confirmed by the work of engineer Vic Tandy while attempting to demystify a “haunting” in his laboratory in Coventry. This “spook” was characterised by a feeling of unease and vague glimpses of a grey apparition. Some detective work implicated a newly installed extractor fan that, Tandy found, was generating infrasound of 18.9 Hz, 0.3 Hz, and 9 Hz.
A long-range acoustic device has been used by the crew of the cruise ship Seabourn Spirit to deter pirates who chased and attacked the ship. More commonly this device and others of similar design have been used to disperse protesters and rioters in crowd control efforts. A similar system is called a “magnetic acoustic device”. ‘mobile’ sonic devices have been used in Grimsby, Hull and Lancashire to deter teenagers from lingering around shops in target areas. The device works by emitting an ultra-high frequency blast (around 19–20 kHz) that teenagers or people under approximately 20 are susceptible to and find uncomfortable. Age-related hearing loss apparently prevents the ultra-high pitch sound from causing a nuisance to those in their late twenties and above, though this is wholly dependent on a young person’s exposure to high sound pressure levels.
High-amplitude sound of a specific pattern at a frequency close to the sensitivity peak of human hearing (2–3 kHz) is used as a burglar deterrent.
Some police forces have used sound cannons against protesters, for example during the G20 summit in Pittsburgh.
Studies have found that exposure to high intensity ultrasound at frequencies from 700 kHz to 3.6 MHz can cause lung and intestinal damage in mice. Heart rate patterns following vibroacoustic stimulation has resulted in serious negative consequences such as atrial flutter and bradycardia.
The extra-aural (unrelated to hearing) bioeffects on various internal organs and the central nervous system included auditory shifts, vibrotactile sensitivity change, muscle contraction, cardiovascular function change, central nervous system effects, vestibular (inner ear) effects, and chest wall/lung tissue effects. Researchers found that low frequency sonar exposure could result in significant cavitations, hypothermia, and tissue shearing. No follow on experiments were recommended. Tests performed on mice show the threshold for both lung and liver damage occurs at about 184 dB. Damage increases rapidly as intensity is increased. The American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM)has stated that there have been no proven biological effects associated with an unfocused sound beam with intensities below 100 mW/cm² SPTA or focused sound beams below an intensity level of 1 mW/cm² SPTA.
Noise-induced neurologic disturbances in scuba divers exposed to continuous low frequency tones for durations longer than 15 minutes has involved in some cases the development of immediate and long-term problems affecting brain tissue. The symptoms resembled those of individuals who had suffered minor head injuries. One theory for a causal mechanism is that the prolonged sound exposure resulted in enough mechanical strain to brain tissue to induce an encephalopathy. Divers and aquatic mammals may also suffer lung and sinus injuries from high intensity, low frequency sound. This is due to the ease with which low frequency sound passes from water into a body, but not into any pockets of gas in the body, which reflect the sound due to mismatched acoustic impedance.
In fiction and popular culture
Sonic weaponry features in the 18th volume of Hergé‘s Tintin adventures, The Calculus Affair. Professor Calculus invents ultrasonic devices which at first break various domestic items, but which can be weaponized to destroy metal, buildings and tanks.
The 1939 Soviet novel The Mystery of the Two Oceans by Grigory Adamov is centered around a submarine containing numerous new technologies, including an ultrasonic cannon (with multiple settings optimized against either organic or inorganic matter). Small guns based on the same principle are carried by its crew.
In David Lynch’s Dune the movie a handheld sonic weapon that amplifies the human voice into destructive energy is used (watch video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xsh8GoWudz0)
In Ayn Rand‘s Atlas Shrugged, the State Science Institute develops Project X (for xylophone), a sonic weapon of mass destruction intended to support the totalitarian government. Misuse or malfunction (it is unclear which) of Project X destroys the last remaining railroad bridge across the Mississippi River and triggers the final collapse of society.
In the Command and Conquer series of games, by EA, the Global Defense Initiative uses sonic weapons extensively.
In Infinity Ward’s 2013 video game Call of Duty: Ghosts, a ship mounted sonic sonar ping is used to detect and kill hostile divers, via liquifaction of organs and bone.
In the song Experiment IV by the English singer Kate Bush (released as a single on 27 October 1986), sound was described as having been turned into a weapon as part of a government contracted experiment.
In “The Honor of the Queen” of the “Honoverse” military science fiction book series, main character is wounded by sonic pistol and personal sonic weapons are in some societies recognized as “advanced”.
In the television series ‘Doctor Who’ the Doctor has a sonic screwdriver that can disable machinery.
In the television series ‘The Flash’ the ‘Pied Piper’ uses his ultrasound gloves to compromise structures.
